The holiday season is my favorite time of year, and since I've been drawn to moody shades of burgundy and purple at the nail salon lately, this nail polish trio is perfect for me. The colors are ridiculously pretty and have the cutest, holiday-inspired names ever: No Peeking!, Dancing & Prancing, and Define Good.

When it comes to entertaining, I'm all about serving really good food and presenting it in a really beautiful way. These trays offer a dose of glamour that works for a fancy dinner party, but can easily elevate cheese and crackers with a few girlfriends.

Things always look different in the night of day. After a great night that took a turn, I woke up this morning and all is well again. I'm looking forward to a fantastic weekend with my family, and I hope yours is equally fabulous. God bless!

It's hard not to love Amy Poehler--she's smart, funny, sassy, and she seems like a real girl's girl. Her new book promises to be as smart and funny as its author, with page after page of Amy's personal experiences in love, friendship, and motherhood. Plus, if I haven't mentioned it before, I'm a sucker for any book cover that has a bit of pink in it.
