1. Watch proportions! Unless your goal is to look like an '80s aerobics instructor you don't want a romper or jumpsuit that is extremely form-fitting. On the flip side, avoid anything that has an extremely baggy fit throughout lest you want to look like you work at a garage.
2. Always try on printed jumpsuits and rompers to ensure the pattern doesn't hit you in any unflattering places (e.g. giant flowers centered directly over your breasts or bum, or a sunburst right at your crotch--it happens!). As a general rule of thumb, small prints look good on everyone.
3. When in doubt, bet on black. A black jumpsuit is like the style equivalent of an LBD--it's nearly impossible to go wrong. Plus it's super easy to dress a black jumpsuit or romper up or down to suit the occasion.
4. Accessorizing a jumpsuit doesn't have to be tricky: heels are always a safe bet, even for a casual romper. A belt will help break up the look and is a must for anything with a baggier fit (again, you don't want to look like a garage attendant). A blazer also helps to break up the look, particularly if the jumpsuit is printed.
5. Until you're 100% sure just how to rock a jumpsuit or romper, steer clear of trendier styles with harem-style or tapered legs and go with a classic wide-leg--it's a super flattering style that you'll for sure be comfortable in.
Tell me, how do you wear this trend? Are you into dressed up jumpsuits or do you favor more casual rompers?

Hee hee a form fitting romper oh that made me smirk! I love the last 2 you picked. They are fun though a wee bit challenging.

I actually spotted a form-fitting, pink leopard print jumpsuit--I shudder! I'm kind of obsessed with the wood grain print by Ganni myself.
