Friday Favorite

It's been a whirlwind of a week, hence the lack of activity here, but I can proudly say that after much anticipation and plenty of tears (on my part, not hers) I have a kindergarten graduate. My little girl was beyond brilliant in her promotion ceremony, and I simply couldn't be happier. She's a bit unsure about summer vacation and not having to go to school for so long, but I'm certain that will all change as she gets older. This weekend we'll be preparing for our trip (yay!) and spending some time poolside with a few of her school friends to help us ease into summer.
