In keeping with my picnic-centric posts this week (can you tell I love a good picnic?), I've rounded up a few sandwich recipes that I'm looking forward to trying soon. These certainly aren't the lunch-meat-and-cheese-slice sammies we ate as kids; these gourmet sandwiches look good enough to please even the foodiest foodie.
