Happy Friday

The Kentucky Derby and Cinco de Mayo are this weekend--both excellent excuses to have some fun, no? I've yet to make plans for either, and that's fine with me; sometimes the best times are had when decisions are made on the fly and we simply play it by ear. One thing I do know, with this warm SoCal weather I will definitely be indulging in copious amounts of frozen treats.
